LÜÜBU-STADEL (1.5-room house)
This converted 15th-century stable/granary is situated close to the village square in the historical center of Albinen. The living area is about 40m2 and consists of a living room with an open kitchen combination, a sleeping gallery with four beds and a small bathroom with toilet and shower. The carefully finished interior is mostly wood and in good condition. With its traditional style the former stable and granary fits the architectural context of Albinen. With a balcony overlooking Lüübuweg and a cellar that can be used for storage this compact abode offers everything you need right in the heart of the village.
WÄRSCHE (5-room house)
HAUS WÄRSCHE, a re-configured stable, is located in the center of the village. It offers plenty of space on its three floors, which are connected by a vertical ladder, and has been refurbished to a high standard. It has a modern kitchen, bath and an additional toilet. The house has two entrances: one on the ground floor (live-in/ eat-in kitchen, bathroom and store room) and one on the middle floor (three bedrooms). The spacious top floor sleeps an additional 4 people or can be used as a day room or TV-room.
ALLEGRO (3-room apartment)
Chalet ALLEGRO is a short distance outside the village center and can be reached by car (covered parking available). The apartment is directly accessible via a staircase from the street below. It is in very good condition, the furnishings are tasteful and practical. The living room (including dining area and open kitchen) extends across the whole width of the building and is very bright. The living room opens onto a balcony with a panoramic view.
TONI-METRY-HÜÜS (3.5-room house)
TONI-METRY-HÜÜS is located at the western edge of the old village center. It is a two-story stone house with a wooden facade facing the valley. On the lower level is the living room with an old soapstone stove and a spacious eat-in kitchen, as well as a small sleeping chamber, and a bath. The kitchen has a glass door on either side – one leading to the large outdoor seating area, the other to the street. On the upper level are two bedrooms and a covered balcony as well as the main entrance. Balcony and downstairs seating area both have beautiful views of the Dala Valley.
JOHANNA (3.5-room apartment)
Haus JOHANNA is situated at the lower edge of the village and has an unobstructed panorama view. Access to the middle apartment is over a small balcony on the west side, another entrance is in the east. The rooms have low ceilings (187 cm); the soapstone stove in the living room radiates a nostalgic charm. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
BERGTREU (2.5-room apartment)
The apartment in Haus BERGTREU is located at the western edge of the old village center. This small, compact attic apartment in an old house is in good condition, the interior is finished to a high standard, the furnishings are in good taste. Kitchen and bath (with bathtub) are modern. The apartment has a balcony with a panoramic view across the roofs of the surrounding houses.
STADEL 30 (2-room apartment)
The apartment STADEL 30 is in good condition, the interior finish meets very high standards. The living room with a dining area, the bedroom, the bath and kitchen are all very functional. A balcony that spans the entire front of the apartment affords a panoramic view across the Rhone Valley and the village center of Albinen. Guests arriving by car can drive right up to the building (parking included). From there the apartment is just one flight of stairs away (0.5 floors). A special plus is the access to the sauna, which is shared by all Stadel residents.
CHALET-BLICK ILLHORN (3.5-room apartment)
CHALET BLICK ILLHORN was built in 1984 and is located at the lower edge of the village. The 60m2-apartment is on the upper floor. Below it, facing the valley, is the cellar. Grouped around a sizeable vestibule are a living room with a wood-burning stove and an open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet and shower. The furniture matches the interior which is mostly made of wood and finished to a high standard. The Chalet has a large balcony facing east and south, with a splendid panorama view into the natural surroundings.
